I can call?

understand that some customers are more comfortable shopping at a website that
offers a phone number, we feel that our method of customer service is superior
to the average customer service phone line, and benefits all of our customers.

Customer service phone calls are usually answered by poorly informed employees that look up the answer to your question in a guide book. Some companies will forward your call to an employee in a foreign country that has no direct connection to the company you are calling. They may or may not be answering your question accurately, and to your satisfaction.

If our representatives don’t know the answer to your question, they will always ask the appropriate supervisor or manager to give you a complete and accurate response.
Most customer service lines will have you waiting on hold, pressing button after button, in an attempt to reach someone that can help you.
