Our Products

Are your gems natural, or are they lab created?
We offer both types of gemstones. The gems labeled as 'genuine' are mined gemstones. Gems labeled as 'lab' or 'created' are real gemstones that are created in a lab instead of in nature.
I found a style that I like, but I want it with a differet shape/size gemstone. Can you do that?
Sorry, we would if we could, but each setting is designed to hold one specific size and shape of gemstone.
Is your jewelry gold plated or real gold?
We sell only 14k solid gold. We have no gold plated products.
Can the diamonds in a certain piece be replaced with a different gemstone?
Sorry, the diamond settings are designed to hold only diamonds.
Do your gemstones look as good as they do in your pictures?
We make it a priority to use high quality stones in all of our jewelry, and we try to make our pictures match as closely as possible. In many cases, the gems in the jewelry you receive will actually look better than they do in the pictures. You can expect the following:
  • Garnet - Eye-clean (no visible inclusions without the use of a magnifying device). Color is a deep burgundy red. Smaller stones (4mm and less) are a fiery red-orange.
  • Amethyst - Eye-clean (no visible inclusions without the use of a magnifying device). Color is a vivid dark purple.
  • Aquamarine - Eye-clean (no visible inclusions without the use of a magnifying device). Color is intense silvery blue. Smaller stones (4mm and less) are slightly less blue, but still show a good amount of color for their size. We recommend a yellow gold setting for small aquamarines as it helps to bring out their color.
  • White Topaz - Eye-clean (no visible inclusions without the use of a magnifying device). Color is completely clear. White topaz is used as an affordable replacement for diamond.
  • Emerald - Mostly clear, with a low amount of inclusions. Color is a bright grassy green. Inclusions are expected in emeralds, with only very small emerald sizes being relatively inclusion free.
  • Ruby - Mostly clear, with a low amount of inclusions. Color is a vibrant red with a hint of hot-pink.
  • Peridot - Eye-clean (no visible inclusions without the use of a magnifying device). Color is bright green-yellow.
  • Sapphire - Eye-clean (no visible inclusions without the use of a magnifying device). Color is a dark blue with a high amount of visible color.
  • Opal - Highly polished finish. Opals are white with a high amount of color flashes in every color of the rainbow.
  • Citrine - Eye-clean (no visible inclusions without the use of a magnifying device). Color is a warm orange similar to the color of honey.
  • Blue Topaz - Eye-clean (no visible inclusions without the use of a magnifying device). Color is vivid sky blue.
  • Tanzanite - Eye-clean (no visible inclusions without the use of a magnifying device). Color is medium blue-violet, with blue being the dominant hue.
  • Black Onyx - Highly polished and completely opaque. Color is jet black.
  • Tourmaline - Eye-clean (no visible inclusions without the use of a magnifying device). Color is medium to deep pink and magenta.
  • Lab Alexandrite - Flawless (lab created). Color is blue-green in sunlight or fluorescent light, and turns pink-purple in incandescent light.
  • Lab Sapphire - Flawless (lab created). Color is royal-blue. Compared to genuine sapphire, a lab sapphire is very similar, but the color is brighter and more saturated.
  • Lab Emerald - Flawless (lab created). Color is forest green. Compared to genuine emerald, a lab emerald is darker in color and much more brilliant due to the lack of inclusions.
  • Lab Ruby - Flawless (lab created). Color is bright red, with some tones of hot pink. Compared to genuine rubyd, a lab ruby is brighter in color and more brilliant due to the lack of inclusions.
  • Does your jewelry come with a warranty?
    Our jewelry is under warranty for one year against any defects in material or workmanship. If a stone falls out of your jewelry due to defect, we will replace it at no charge. This warranty does not cover physical damage that may occur to the jewelry due to rough handling or mishap.
    How can I pay for my order?
    You can pay by Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards, American Express, Discover, or Paypal.

    Shipping

    How will you ship my order?
    Most orders are shipped via UPS ground or UPS 3 day select. Time in transit varies from 1-3 business days, depending on which part of the country you are in. Orders under $200 are shipped by Priority Mail with tracking. Orders shipped to a PO Box, to Alaska, to Hawaii, or to a military address are shipped via Priority Mail and may take longer than 3 days to arrive.
    How much will shipping cost?
    Shipping is free on all orders being shipped within the United States.
    Do you charge sales tax?
    We only charge sales tax for orders being shipped to New York state. All other states are not charged tax.
    How long will it take to get my order?
    Most orders are shipped via UPS ground or UPS 3 day select. It takes 2-5 business days to process orders before they ship. Shipping time varies from 1-3 business days, depending on which part of the country you are in. We are located in New York, so the closer you are to New York, the sooner you will receive your order. Orders shipped to a PO Box, Alaska, or Hawaii, are shipped via Priority Mail and may take longer than 3 days to deliver. Orders shipping to military addresses may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
    Do you have rush service available?
    All of our jewelry is made to order, and normally takes 2-5 business days to prepare before shipping. If you would like the order sooner, you would need to place the order right away, and we would need to add rush processing and shipping to the order, which is an additional $19.95. After you place the order, contact us with your order number and request, and we'll make sure you receive it in time. We will need at least 2 business days to process the order before it ships out next day air, so please keep this in mind when placing your order. Rush service is only available to physical street addresses, not to PO boxes.

    Returns

    Can I return my order if I don’t like it?
    Yes, your order can be returned for a refund for 90 days from date of arrival. Items must be returned in their original condition. We can not accept returns of jewelry that shows signs of wear.
    How do I return my order?
    You can mail your order back to: JFM Inc. 4301 22nd Street 5th Floor Long Island City, NY 11101 Include a copy of the receipt (or the original) or a note indicating either your name or your order number. We will refund your credit card within 5 business days of receiving the return. Please be sure to use a service that provides a tracking number for the package.

    Resizing

    The ring I ordered is not the right size. Can you resize it for me?
    Yes, you can send your ring to us for one free resizing at any time free of charge (up to one year from the date of arrival). Additional resizing can be done at an additional charge. Please return the ring to the address below. Include your receipt, and a note indicating what size you would like to exchange it for. JFM INC 4301 22nd St 5th Floor Long Island City NY 11101. Please make sure to send the item back with a carrier that can trace the package such as UPS, Fedex or USPS Priority Mail. Do not mail it back in a regular envelope and do not make any mention of the words jewelry or gemstones on the return label.
    Can I have my ring resized by a local jeweler?
    We strongly recommend sending the ring back to us for resizing. If you have it sized elsewhere, we cannot be responsible for any damage caused to the ring. It would also void your warranty and 90 day money back guarantee.
