This morning I went online searching for a piece of jewelry to give my
wife for her birthday. Only recently had she mentioned wanting
something in her birthstone, which is pink tourmaline. Being a
last-minute purchase, I was horrified to discover upon checkout that the
ring was made with garnets, not tourmaline. I sent an email immediately
asking that the processing of my order be stopped.
A few minutes later I received an order confirmation, but no
notification that the order had been stopped. I took advantage of your

"Sammy". Not only did Sammy assure me that my original order had been
stopped, but he/she also gave me help in locating an alternative piece
that was even nicer than the one I had originally chosen.
On top of that, Sammy also found a way to expedite the shipment of this
piece so that it will actually arrive for her birthday. This is a great
load off my mind, as I have been busily planning a large party as well
as a trip to Florida we plan to take the following week.
