    Well, you've come to the right place.

    How do I place an order?
    To place an order, simply browse through the site until you see an item you like. Click ADD TO CART to add the item to your item list. If you haven’t yet created an account or logged in to your existing account, you will need to do so at this point. When you have finished selecting your items, go to the Shopping Cart section by clicking the tab at the top of the web page. Click ‘Check Out’ and fill in the information requested. If you have any problems placing your order, please let us know using the e-mail address above.

    How can I pay for my order?
    You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

    How will you ship my order?
    Most orders are shipped via UPS ground or UPS 3 day select. Shipping time varies from 1-3 days, depending on which part of the country you are in. Orders shipped to a PO Box, to Alaska, to Hawaii, or to a military address are shipped via Priority Mail and may take longer than 3 days to deliver.

    How much will shipping cost?
    Shipping is free on all orders totaling $149 or higher. Shipping is $4.95 for all orders under $149.00

    How long will it take to get my order?
    Most orders are shipped 3-5 business days after the order is placed. You should receive your order within 1-2 weeks. Most orders are received in approximately 1 week.

    What if I need my order sooner?
    If you need your order sooner, please contact us using the link above, and we will do our best to accomodate you.

    Can I see the status of the order that I placed?
    Yes. Just log in to your account and click the ‘Order Status’ tab.

    Can I return my order if I don’t like it?

    Your order can be returned for 90 days from date of arrival. Items must be returned in their original condition. Items that show signs of wear cannot be returned.

    Include a copy of the receipt (or the original) or a note indicating either your name or your order number. We will refund your credit card within 5 business days of receiving the return. Also, please let us know the reason for your return.

    Can I send my order as a gift?
    Yes. When you check out, you will have the option to send your order as a gift, and include a gift note.

    I found a style that I like, but I want it with a differet shape/size
    gemstone. Can you do that?

    Sorry, we would if we could, but each setting is designed to hold one specific size and shape of gemstone.

    Can the diamonds in a certain piece be replaced with a different gemstone?
    Sorry, the diamond settings are designed to hold only diamonds.

    Is your jewelry gold plated or solid gold?
    All of our jewelry is made from solid 14K gold. We do not sell any gold plated jewelry.

    I heard that when you order jewelry from the internet or from a catalog, the gemstones never look as good as they do in the pictures. Do your gemstones look as good as they do in your pictures?

    Yes, they do. We make it a priority to use high quality stones in all of our jewelry, and we try to make our pictures match as closely as possible. In many cases, the gems in the jewelry you receive will actually look better than they do in the pictures. You can expect the following:

    Garnet: Completely clear, with no inclusions or imperfections. Color is a deep burgundy red. Smaller stones (4mm and less) are a fiery red-orange.
    Amethyst: Completely clear, with no inclusions or imperfections. Color is a vivid dark purple.
    Aquamarine: Completely clear, with no inclusions or imperfections. Color is intense silvery blue. Smaller stones (4mm and less) are slightly less blue, but still show a good amount of color for their size. We recommend a yellow gold setting for small aquamarines as it helps to bring out their color.
    White Topaz: Completely clear, with no inclusions or imperfections. Color is completely clear. White topaz is used as an affordable replacement for diamond.
    Emerald: Mostly clear, with a low amount of inclusions. Color is a bright grassy green. Inclusions are expected in emeralds, with only very small emerald sizes being relatively inclusion free.
    Ruby: Mostly clear, with a low amount of inclusions. Color is a vibrant red with a hint of hot-pink.
    Peridot: Completely clear, with no inclusions or imperfections. Color is bright green-yellow.
    Sapphire: Clear, with no visible inclusions or imperfections. Color is a dark blue with a high amount of visible color.
    Opal: Highly polished finish. Opals are white with a high amount of color flashes in every color of the rainbow.
    Citrine: Completely clear, with no inclusions or imperfections. Color is a warm orange similar to the color of honey.
    Blue Topaz: Completely clear, with no inclusions or imperfections. Color is vivid sky blue.
    Tanzanite: Clear, with no visible inclusions or imperfections. Color is medium blue-violet, with blue being the dominant hue.

    Diamond: Genuine diamond, color ranges from H-I-J (no visible color), and clarity is I2. All the diamonds we use have a significant amount of sparkle. All the diamonds we use are fully faceted, no matter how small they are. We do not use diamond "chips".
