We offer both types of gemstones. The gems labeled as 'genuine' are mined gemstones. Gems labeled as 'lab' or 'created' are real gemstones that are created in a lab instead of in nature.

We're sorry, we don't offer engraving services, but our rings can be engraved by most local jewelers.

Our pendants do not come with chains, but you do have the option of selecting a chain when ordering a pendant for an additional cost.

Our jewelry is under warranty for one year against any defects in material or workmanship. If a stone falls out of your jewelry due to defect, we will replace it at no charge. This warranty does not cover physical damage that may occur due to rough handling or mishap. If the jewelry is altered by an outside jeweler, the warranty is voided.

Shipping

We're sorry, our jewelry is made to order, and takes between 5 and 10 business days to prepare before shipping. To ensure the best quality, we're not able to offer expedited service.

Every item we sell is made to order and takes 5-10 business days to prepare before shipping. You can expect to receive your order 2-3 weeks after it is placed.

Shipping is free for all US orders.

Our jewelry comes in a jewelry box, wrapped in a small gift bag. It is shipped in a plain box with the return address simply marked as 'JFM.'

A lab created gem is a gem that is grown in a laboratory in controlled conditions. Lab-created gems have the same physical and chemical properties as their natural counterparts, but are missing the imperfections found in natural gems.

Returns

Yes, your order can be returned for a refund for 90 days from date of arrival. Items must be returned in their original condition. We can not accept returns of jewelry that shows signs of wear.
